Sometimes when tenant's cannot pay their rent, they just move-out, but do not notify their landlord. In the state of Nevada, you cannot evict someone that has vacated the premises. Additionally, you cannot just change the locks. Before proceeding with an eviction, we must verify that the tenant is actually still occupying the premises. If they are not occupying the home at all anymore, then the home may be entered and the locks can be changed.
